He is far and away the better choice to most candidates on both sides.

Before Rudy in NYC things were so out of control that violent crime was just a routine happening and the citizens didn't even bother reporting most of it. Dirt, grime, insulting behavior, petrified mass transport riders, pandhandling and other petty crime was the norm. Politicians didn't even bother trying to clean it up it was so far gone. Then comes Rudy and you know the rest of the story. So, let me understand something. He is unacceptable because he has personal views that counter your own on some issues.

Somehow what Rudy did in New York says much more about the man than his views on a few social issues and social issues that he probably would not lobby to alter as there are many more important issues which he would attack head on.

I'll take Rudy any day over someone who feels that defeating gay marriage is the most important issue ever to come up.

Rudy doesn't have a chance in a presidential election. He might make a good attorney general. But he's not ready for prime time and never will be.

Hey Joan, you should read my posts before replying to someone else.
I agree with you wholeheartedly and am grateful for NYC as it is today, thanks to Rudy breaking the psychology that NYC is ungovernable.

David Dinky, good riddance.
