Absolutely spot on.
I think someone is not a "true" Muslim unless they are a member of the specific faction speaking.
However, Muslims don't seem to even care when they participate in mass killings which affect muslims and others alike. I'm sure there were muslims present in the World Trade Center on 9/11 and yet nothing was done to save them.

I get the impression that their attitude toward killing other mooslims is if they were righteous they will receive their reward, and if they were not let them go to hell.
