No kidding. IF the federal government wanted to 1.) make it appear that hijacked airliners had struck the WTC & Pentagon, and 2.) kill all the people on the missing airliners... wouldn't the easiest, cheapest, most believable, most obvious strategy be to actually DO it?

And the least risky. The other plan had so many opportunities for things to go wrong, there's no spook organization in the world incompetent enough to approve it.
