About 33 percent of black students passed math, and 32 percent passed science. (100 - 33 = 67 Math) & (100 - 32 = 68 Science) Who Failed? Students? Faculty? Parents? All of the above?

Interesting that the pass fail rate seems to align somewhat with single vs dual parents in black families these days. How well that correlates would be another truth gem.

Having a town where all the children are "above average" is a cute tagline for a radio show, but impossible in reality of course...

but apparently, the black families of Everman, TX are gunning for a town where all of the children are below average. Sad.
