Most of us have said it. "Anyone touches my child and I'd kill them".
More details will help. But, yes. "I'd kill him" has crossed my mind in contemplating how I would react if someone hurt my sons.
And then I think, if the evidence is there that the now-dead guy did in fact murder the lawyer's daughter . . . there is no way in h3ll I could convict him of murder.
If anything, as a lawyer, he did something good -- taking scum off the streets, and he should be lauded (again IF the proof exists of molestation).
But his poor little girl :( No matter how you look at it, she suffered, and will continue to do so with daddy in jail.
Finally a lawyer I can respect!
Justifiable homicide. I'd LIE to get his jury and help them acquit.
