Yeah Tenet (the Clinton appointee) who said the WMD was a "slam-dunk". Tenet, who wasn't very well experienced and was put at the highest post in the CIA by Clinton. I remember Bush catching hell for putting that FEMA idiot in his position with his lacking credentials.
