Come to the National VFTT Boot Murtha Rally
Sunday, Oct. 1st in Johnstown, PA

If you're considering going and spending the night, book your room now! The Max Cleland groupies that are rallying the day before aren't simply there to counter us. They're also trying to fill hotel rooms before we do.

It's a step up from McDermott but nothing to write home about. Michael Messmore is running against him and I've got my fingers crossed but Baird is pretty well entrenched. Baird plays the pork issue to the hilt.

I'm not a veteran and I don't even have a Suzuki. I've never felt unwelcome in any crowd of Freepers. So come to Johnstown and us non-vets can do our bit.

But seriously, security is a major factor in the planning of this event. We don't anticipate any trouble, but of course we will take precautions.
