Not Bush. Oh great, if a war starts their will be a mass exodus. Because Bush and his buddies want amnesty instead of a wall. Of course we will have to invade and occupy Mexico, again. Just what we need, another crisis Bush cannot handle.

A Mexican civil war would be an interesting foreign challenge for an American President. Best bet would be to sell (cash or delivered oil only) weapons to both sides for as long as possible, until their run out of peasants, oil, or money, which ever comes first.
