I'm not shocked it all. Arnold made it clear from the outset he had no problems with gay rights, gay marriage and the rest of the liberal social agenda. The only people shocked at those who chose to be in denial of his liberal views. His signature of this bill makes it clear where he stands. I can't vote for him and I couldn't vote for Angelides either. I'd be betraying everything I believe in. There's no way I can support this kind of Republican.

(No more Olmert! No more Kadima! No more Oslo! )

The F.O.'s and staytrues will pillory you for saying such things, saying that YOU are responsible for further liberal takeover if you don't fight them with a mushy middle vote that only serves the other side. That's garbage -- the mushies are the ones that do things like sign bills like this, and say, "Where else you gonna go? It's my way, or no way!" If they lose because principled people choose not to go their way, THEY MADE THE CHOICE.

I hear the same thing about Congressional and Senate races, too. Bush is dedicated to the WOT, but he's decided that you want to support it, you gotta open wide and swallow Vicente Fox's agenda and adopt a virtually non-existent border protection policy. AGAIN, HE AND THOSE WHO FOLLOW HIM HAVE MADE THE CHOICE. THEY want to risk the nation's security so nobody can falsely accuse them of disliking Hispanics.

I'm sure that someone is by now suggesting that R-nold opponents are like the Nedheads in Connecticut. Baloney -- the nutroots are attempting to bounce a liberal from office based on a single conservative stand. Nowadays, Shrivernegger only acts like a conservative when he's at the state GOP confab. Standing up and saying "No matter how evil I am, I am the lesser of the two" is NOT the way to rally the base.

Here I am, living in SD county, a Republican conservative to the core, and I feel betrayed and beat up by the Terminator.

Don't know what to do come November.

With a stroke of his pen, Arnold has crossed me off his list of fans and supporters.

Don't think he'll be getting my vote ... I'll either leave it blank or ... write in Tom McClintock?

I'm depressed ... my head will be a little more clear by election day, and I'll figure out what to do then.

One thing's for sure ... the Guv is a pansy in my book ... an immoral, amoral pansy.

He beat the Devil is one of his movies ... in real life, he's sold him his soul for vanity and power.

Hasta la vista, Arnold.
