Somewhere in the midst of all of this we should remember that it is NOT the State's money... it is the people's money. The State gets money by taxing us and taking OUR money.
California is being ruled by a small, extremely radical group of legislators whose primary purpose is to remake the rest of us into THEIR image.
First set up a welfare state. Once you have control over those in your "system" via your handouts of cash they need for education, healthcare, schooling, childcare etc.... attach strings to getting the money. These 'strings' are the RULES by which they can INDOCTRINATE you and your children to think, act and believe in what they believe is the correct world view.
The new church on the block is the State of California - either believe in their doctrine or leave (just make sure you leave your wallet on the table so they can continue to fund their programs).
You are exactly correct. No doubt they have a long range plan and are just
ticking off each accomplishment as they move us closer to their leftist ideal.
They are all in favor of "faith" based organizations, as long as "faith" is defined as "the State".
