No, he & his wife owned a title co. in Wichita Falls. They were taking their eldest daughter to a private girls school in VA. The others on board were their 3 year old, 18 month old & newborn baby. The 7th passenger was the wife's mother. The daughter had come home for a long weekend because her grandfather (the pilot's dad) is the chairman of the Hotter-n-Hell 100 bike race that took place in WF this past weekend. Very nice family. Very sad.
