It was reported that Armitage found out from a memo that Powell had

Though .. with that said .. Most reporters in DC already knew about Val .. Andrea Mitchel even mentioned that on Matthews show when this all first broke

"Bush haters"

Pretty much true. Libs assume that all Republicans are crooks, so it's just a matter of charging them with something and then trying to make or warp the facts to fit the charge. Truth and integrity are incidental and unimportant to the matter of trying to imprison all Republicans and should be disgarded at the first opportunity. It's still amusing to read foreign publications who believe that America is obsessed with Plame-gate when most Americans couldn't identify either her or Joe Wilson. A true tempest in a teapot designed to bring down the president with scant regard for national security.

thanks. One choreographed piece from start to finish. I suspect Fitz will drop the Libby case after the election so as to save the nest ,especially Cooper, exposure.

I was listening to Rush today as well. It's mind boggling how Fitz can have gotten this far, and after jury shopping to begin with. Will we see his feet held to the fire? I doubt it.

This kind of stuff, and the resulting repercussions from it, are doing nothing for my hypertension.

As I recall Richard Armitage was not Colin Powells 1st choice to be undersecretary of State. his 1st choice was Richard Perle. OTOH Richard Armitage was Don Rumsfelds 1st choice to be undersecretary of defence.
Interresting.
