Fitzgerald has been following from the start the theory hatched by Corn, that Valerie Plame was "outed" as payback by partisan Bush supporters in the White House...Corn knew from the start that was completely false. Quite likely Fitzgerald knew it too when he started his investigation.
Colin Powell seems to have behaved treacherously towards Bush, doing his best to sabotage the administration ever since leaving it...if he has known all along that Armitage was the source, and appproved of his keeping quiet, he has been stabbing Bush in the back.
The discussion of this issue by Brit Hume and the Fox All-Stars this evening was very good--Brit was particularly incisive in his comments.

Absolutely criminal. Not to mention a set up from the get go, all for the agenda! Borders on treason, since the aim was the White House and the administration.
I truly believe these people are running a shadow government. Sounds like conspiracy theories, but the more I hear and see, it's not too far fetched.

Fitzgerald knew about this for .......how long???I never truly understood any of this flapdoodle about Plame, but now I REALLY don't know what this was all about. Rush said this morning that Fitzgerald had to know almost from the outset. If so, what was he investigating? And why? What did our taxpayer dollars get us? Oh, wait; I do know the answer to that question. . . NOTHING!
