This is great news for McGavick. He's soo close to getting elected, I can taste it.
Hillary's first fundraiser in her Whitehaven Manse was for Cantwell. Hillary also raised money for Carl McCall and she then screwed McCall politically the very next day.
LOL! Even though it's sad that we have to rely on them.
Doesn't Murray make Cantwell look brilliant? With Mark Dayton of Minnesota retiring, she will move up the list of dumbest Senators a bit, but I would still rank her well behind Murray and Boxer. How about you?
Hey, Hong Tran is a pretty little Viet chick. Too bad she's (borderline?) commie.
I take exception to that! (smile). Michigan is cursed with comrade Karl Lenin and dimwit Debbie Stabemall.
Patty Murray makes a tree stump look brilliant. But I'm sure there are lots of democrats fighting it out to be the biggest idiot in the senate. Hey, if Ted Kennedy keeps killing brain cells with Chivas, he might make #1 pretty soon.
I thought that she had offered the same deal to the other opponent also? That's a question, not a statement of fact.
Cantwell has no cash?
I met Darcy Burner last month along with Sheriff Dave Reichert. She seemed straightforward and conservative, but as a newcomer, I couldn't figure out what party she was with at first. She doesn't even advertise it in her TV ads. Too bad, so sad, Darcy.
Well not her own. She was originally recruited by the DNC, because she was supposed to be able to self-finance her campaign. Once she won the DemocRAT nomination and her campaign was underway, the tech stocks started dropping in value 2000 including her own holdings in Progressive Networks (now RealNetworks). She had to raise money after the 2000 election to pay off the loans she had made to her campaign.
I have some good Vietnamese friends, they are hopping mad about this Hong Tran woman. The do not appreciate liberal Vietnamese who have no appreciation for the freedoms this country gave them. She probably embraces the communist government of Vietnam.
He and his wife ended up 'accepting' a gift of a house elsewhere in our valley and moved on up.
