He SAYS he has provided that e-mail that was sent to him by a White House staffer sent to him...that said that this person heard President Bush say that "it is a good thing that Mike Brown is taking the blame for this instead of me"...
I do NOT believe Bush said that...and I especially don't believe he would say that in a STAFF meeting!!!!
He says he has shown the e-mail around for a "long time"...
Have any of you heard of that e-mail before?

He is telling Norah how hard HE tried to tell the POTUS how bad it was going to be...but Bush wasn't paying attention...
I seem to recall that Bush was on TV 2 days before this happened...telling the people in the Gulf to evacuate...LONG before Blanco and Nagin...
AND>...wasn't this during that time that Brown was supposedly e-mailing his staff in Washington asking if he "looked good"...and his "wardrobe" was suitable??
