Caluflower is great with butter and Garam Masala seasoning (I get it from Penzeys.com. Great cheap spices.)

Penzey's is great!

I like to quickly blanch the cauliflower, then put it in a baking dish with a cheese sauce and bread crumbs.............YUM!
