Mojave, Congress has the power "To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States". It does not have the power to regulate that which may affect commerce. Sorry.

Repeating a sourceless falsehood is the best you can manage to try to refute the Supreme Court?
"The subject to which the power is next applied, is to commerce 'among the several States.' The word 'among' means intermingled with. A thing which is among others, is intermingled with them.
