You can accuse me of being stupid or ignorant or whatever makes you feel superior. I do not share your desire to made drugs legal and I am not going to change my opinion due to your haranguing me about it.

It is my opinion that legalizing drugs is a bad idea, and unfortunately for you, there are more voters who share my opinion than yours.
