The Eastern-Seaboard folks should watch this storm closely. This storm could hit anywhere up the coast,

The weathermen in New England say that a ridge of high pressure is building...which will have the effect of keeping Ernesto stalled just off the SC/NC coast. It might only be a Cat 1 storm by then, but if it hangs around for a couple of days it could be brutal for those folks.

Anything can happen at this point. I don't think there is any Storm-track on the LongIsland-Express in the 30's.
