It's most likely not going to be a minority. Top candidates are Bob Brenley who is their current color analyst who led the Dbacks to the 2001 world championship, Lou Pinella, Sox coach Joey Cora (who is one), they'd love to pry away Joe Girardi from the Marlins and one other minority Freddy Gonzalez the 3rd base coach of the Braves.

If I had to lay money right now I'd put it on Brenley.
