Well maybe He, you, and apparently, many others posting here tonight does NOT hold it against them.
You are all much more forgiving and noble than I as, I do.
Yes, we can all read into the fact that by making the big announcement that they were "forced" to convert, informs us that they are admitting, that this is the only reason they would do so.
However, for me, that's not enough. I want to hear them (loud and clear) renounce their conversion and castigate their captors for making such a mockery of their religion "of peace."
I'll cut them some slack and give them a few days to decompress. However, after a week, if they have NOT renounced (yes VERBALLY) their "conversion" and refer to their captors in terms which they deserve, then I will hold them in the same contempt I now do for those who kidnapped them.
Enough PC, wussy, Muzzie-coddling, media, already!!!!
Well, according to Islam, any conversion... under any circumstances, is valid.
If the reporters fail to uphold the tenets of Islam, they will be considered apostates by Muslims. And the terrorist groups will mark them for death.
If they recant... that is not permitted by Islam, so the terrorists will mark them for death. Heck, remember what happened in Pakistan last month? A Pakistani muslim converted to Christianity, so he was found guilty of apostasy and killed.
The two Fox reporters are walking dead-men if they ever set foot in a Muslim country. (which includes most of western Europe, now)
