Wow what? What can she do about getting somebody else elected? She doesn't have the money or authority to accomplish that. Now, Hillary is a different story, but that's because of her corruptions and connections made through her reign in the WH, not the Senate.
I don't think that a Christian who wants to see other Christians elected is an ignorant bigot. Atheists want atheists elected, Mooselims want Mooselims elected, blacks hustle endlessly to get blacks elected and so do Hispanics. Why should Katherine be considered a bigot when none of these other groups are? Ah! Because she is a Christian! Perhaps YOU are the bigot?

It doesn't matter what she can do about getting someone elected. It's about whether a candidate with the views she espoused deserves our votes.

That's all fine. It's when she says that voting anyone other than a Christian is equivalent to "legislating sin" that she falls into the ignorant bigot category. I would say the same about any of those other groups you mentioned if they said that others not of their belief system or race would be "legislating sin" by not voting for people of their religion or race.
