I was watching Brit Hume the other day and the 'All Stars' agreed that there was a small scale civil war, not a large one. Iraq used to be something like five seperate countries before Europe made them one country. It's only natural that the old nationalities would try to fight for control. I don't think there is any shame in admitting it, the only shame would be letting them succeed in creating chaos.
