From Darwin's own personal papers, written in Darwin's own hand he expresses his pleasure with the advancement of his theory in Germany. Darwin was even more verbose than many of us on FR; he thought he had it all figgered out. So, did someone say Darwin believed in God? So do the devils believe in God, they know about Him as a fact . . and tremble.

You "help" evolution along if you think you can and think you have the moral high ground to do it. . that is, when "science, so-called" is your god.

In the archaeological strata where one would expect to find gradual minor, changes within types of mammals, what is found rather is macro changes rather than the micro changes one would expect to find in order to help support the theory of evolution as anything more than the musings of men who were wise in their own eyes.

Once, creation was at least given a nod in the public school system in this country. Now, freedom of speech is free only to those who spout the theory of evolution as fact set in stone. The "theory" of anything else is a twice-burned book in this country, as are just about anything that doesn't fall in line with the godless liberal agenda in America and the world.

Maybe Darwin had no conscious goal in the theory - except his own recognition, a weakness we humans have to our downfall. Darwin was just another cog in the wheel of a plan he wasn't smart enough to recognize at the time.

Shoot. Evolutionists can find a pig's tooth and create and whole "missing link" around it out of plaster, complete with drawings of the supposed missing link civilization to illustrate it.
A whole species out of whole cloth.
I was created by God, in the image of God. I used to think very little about how God went about it and didn't care how he accomplished it . . then, in a burst of light, I realized that He did it exactly the way He said he did it, and I'm going to hang my life on believing Him.

I'm not an ape's great-grandchild. If anyone chooses to consider themselves an ape's great-grandchild, then that is their prerogative. The Scripture says that there is one kind of flesh to animals and another kind of flesh to man - as anyone can see if they look closely.

Show me the quote. Or give me a cite.

So, did someone say Darwin believed in God? So do the devils believe in God, they know about Him as a fact . . and tremble.

Darwin believed God created the universe and the first life forms. He was not a devil.

There is no "goal" of evolution to help it along to. Evolution means change, not progress. You see a teleological end that doesn't exist.

Once, creation was at least given a nod in the public school system in this country. Now, freedom of speech is free only to those who spout the theory of evolution as fact set in stone.

I don't have a problem with creationism being taught, but it isn't a part of science. It is a philosophy.

The "theory" of anything else is a twice-burned book in this country, as are just about anything that doesn't fall in line with the godless liberal agenda in America and the world.

There is no competing scientific theory for the explanation of the diversity of life.

Maybe Darwin had no conscious goal in the theory - except his own recognition, a weakness we humans have to our downfall.

I have no idea what you are saying here.

Evolutionists can find a pig's tooth and create and whole "missing link" around it out of plaster, complete with drawings of the supposed missing link civilization to illustrate it.

"Nebraska Man" (the pig's tooth) was never considered a "missing link", was debunked within 10 years of being found, and if it were true, would have actually disproven ToE. In fact, that was the main reason for the skeptical attitude many scientists had when they heard of the "discovery", because it didn't fit the theory of the evolution of man. It is only trotted out today by creationists desperate to attack the theory. Scientists aren't perfect, but the mistakes do get found by other scientists, not by outside critics.

Oh and those drawings you mention? They were made by a journalist. You know, a member the MSM? Everyone knows how intelligent they are.

I was created by God, in the image of God

Does that mean that you believe God has a body? Please answer, this is important.

I used to think very little about how God went about it and didn't care how he accomplished it . . then, in a burst of light, I realized that He did it exactly the way He said he did it, and I'm going to hang my life on believing Him.

You mean, the way you interpret the Bible. Not everyone agrees. It is also your faith that the Bible is God's word. Not everyone agrees with that, either.

I'm not an ape's great-grandchild. If anyone chooses to consider themselves an ape's great-grandchild, then that is their prerogative.

I'm not either. No human is. And all flesh is made of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. All flesh will die and degrade. There is nothing special about our flesh. This world will die and degrade. That is the nature of the physical.
