Romney. I'm telling you. Rudy is a flaming liberal. McCain will never will the GOP nod. Newt annoys me. He is sanctimonious and I can't figure out why a guy from Georgia has no southern accent. He's Washington to the core and it makes me sick. Tancredo (I live right next to his district) is a strong candidate but he'll never win the general election. Huckaby strikes me as a bit namby--pamby. Romney is the best guy to articulate conservative values in a world desperately in need of them.
I like Romney. He seems steadfast and as honest as one can be in politics.
"a guy from Georgia has no southern accent."
Yet, I'll bet you like Dubya, who stammers and trips over his tongue like he has a mouthful of peanut hulls and can't pronounce nuclear. I hope the electorate votes based on more substance than accent.
I live in the state next to Hucksbee's. From everything that I have seen about him he is a fighter. He has convictions and stands by them. Check him out.
I'm with you on Romney. We need someone who can articulate our vision for America--someone with the communicative abilities of Bill Clinton who's not, well, a Clinton. Despite their popularity in the MSM, I don't see McCain or Rudy doing that. Gingrich can, but he's got too many skeletons in his closet. That leaves us with Mitt, who in addition to being a solid conservative is an undeniably smart and engaging guy.
