Yes, and the CRJ also totes Collins ProLine IV Avionics which I believe incorporates the FMS 6000 system which has user input for minimum runway length required for the aircraft and will not "flight plan" for anything less than the inputted required length.Unfortunately the FMS 6000 system, nor that beautiful Collins line, pours and cures concrete in a hurry.
