As long as they didn't have to have sex with a goat to prove their devotion to islam I guess it's OK , anyone might have claimed the same thing simply to be released .

I believe the initial conversion rite includes sex with a young boy. A goat is reserved for a much holier figure like an Imam or Ayatollah.
