It's a different situation now. They believe Hammas has defeated Israel, therefore giving them much more power and influence.
I expect kidnapping of westerners in that area now will increase and become more violent. Especially since Israel gave into Hammas, the UN (as always) came out of the side of terrorism and the Israeli soldiers kidnapping which began the entire war, are still captives.
These barbarians have been giving nothing more then pure ammunition.

You're wrong on a whole lot of points.
Hammas KNOWS that they haven't "beaten" Israel.
The UN garbage has to do with Lebanon, Hezbollah, and Iran and NOT Gaza, the Palis, and even Hammas is condemning this kidnapping.
NO Western reporters are going anywhere near Gaza and THAT keeps the Palis' side completely out of the news.
