Per Fox News
And one of the first words he used after his release was "Thank God" not "Thank Allah".
Thanks DCP
It is a fair point in that post, imo.
When FN began reporting the story, the line was, "They are your guests...show hospitality...be nice....etc"
So now, the mooslims have played nice. I hope this is a good sign. But, it could well be a "false flag" op, that will only serve to further weaken the West's resolve to defeat the Axis of Evil
Centanni looks like he'd rather be covering Ernesto.
Posts from ARealMothersSonForever on this thread. Funny, they don't read like sarcasm to me:
1) Fox, and all of the media have "converted to Islam". They are going to great lengths to promote Islam. The FCC should re-classify these "news" organizations as purely religious broadcasts. And there are many here posting that it is OK for the US media to promote Islam. Unbelievable.
2) It is wonderful that these men are safe and sound. The conversion to Islam was expected. The pandering and media praise for all things Islamic and Palestinian is chilling. When Islam takes over US government facilities, remember how the media handled this. The entire fourth estate just converted to Islam.
3) Call me a troll if you like. The media has converted to Islam and some think it is OK, because the media can always renounce it when "convenient", or in their best interest. Where have they been when the criticism (and death threats) towards Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, and Jews was coming from Islam? Defend their actions if you must. This Islamic indoctrination has NO business being broadcast as "news".
He is big. Centanni looks like he's lost weight.
Imagine how he'll feel when he sees the rest of the MSM spent more time on Jon Benet than his story.
He said he wanted to ask for water..but didn't know the arabic word for it.
they were probably forced to lie when they said they had clean food and water
It will be interesting to hear if they were treated well; they first night (which is all Shep let Steve talk about before interrupting him) sounded horrible.
FNC: Mosques were holding prayers for their release.
Steve used the word 'torment'
It must be noted that the conversion angle died off pretty quick on the media outlets. The praise and pandering to Palestinians continues unabated.
They couldn't have been taken very far if they remained in Gaza. I was talking about their close proximity to the center or seat of power when they were abducted. Along those lines, though, had not seen reports that someone in the security services kidnapped them, but it wouldn't surprise me if the Palis constantly run "good cop - bad cop" scams.
He said there were times he didn't think they'd live. At least the first night, their hands were so tightly bound their shoulders were nearly wrenched from their sockets. They were forced to lie facedown in the dirt and forbidden from talking to each other.
Jennifer is saying she thinks they will hold a press conference later. She is going to replay Centanni's statements this morning about how difficult the ordeal was. Now.
Wonderful news to wake up to this morning! Thank God!
That's your statement. Ridiculous on its face.
FNC has been reporting for nearly 2 weeks that the Palestinian government and the people are VERY upset over this kidnapping because it doesn't do their cause any good whatsoever. A lot of Palestinian people were working with OUR government and FNC to assure their release.
But carry on.
That's wonderful! You have real guts. Personally, no one has ever called me Gutmatter, and I hope none ever will.
According to some..."Nothing to see here, move along."
Well, we'll just have to agree to disagree. I read them as metaphor tinged with sarcasm.
They are still in Gaza. The meeting that we just saw with the Pali PM was in Gaza. Nothing will be very true until they are out of the area.
