He's lying. It's a secret ballot vote so a lot of countries are smiling and taking his cheap prooffered oil, and are planning to stab him in the back without consequence.

If he's doing so well, why does he need to announce it, every few hours? I think he's desperate. I can smell the fear. Meanwhile, how is this for a idiotic twist on victimhood: "Many governments ... react against the empire because they realize it's immoral for the U.S. empire to try to keep a small, modest country like Venezuela from entering a body, whatever it is." Man he sucks. The US is currently promoting GUATEMALA for the Security Council, a far smaller country. Deekweed.
