Cicero, you're 100% wrong. Rape is rape, married or not. In most states (and I wish it were all) marital rape is still rape, as it should be.

Married people may have "conjugal obligations" but failure to live up to those conjugal obligations NEVER grants one partner the right to force sex on the other.

No means no even if you're married, unless you're a Muslim woman.

Oops, one correction. Marital rape is now rape under the laws of all 50 states. Sorry, that wasn't so when I was in law school. There was one holdout. Glad to say that now it's criminal rape in all 50 states.

Semantics: I take issue with the word "failure" as used above, mostly it is "REFUSAL" (medical conditions excepted).
