Give them a fair trial and if they're found guilty, put 'em up against a wall, shoot them, and feed the bodies to some hungry pigs.

Oh, and who was President when we busted Libya and uncovered the Japanese fraud?????? Uh....oh yeah. The Cowboy who was supposed to destroy mankind? The Unilateral Guy? He who does not use diplomacy?
If John Kerry or the NY Times would like to apologize now, I'll leave my answering machine on for them.

I still haven't forgiven Toshiba for selling precision software and computers to the USSR.
The software and hardware enabled the USSR to cut propellers for their subs that eliminated cavitation, thereby rendering them much harder to detect.
I refuse to buy anything Toshiba.
Guess I'll add Mitutoyo to my list. ( though it's unlikely that I would be in the market for precision measuring devices.)

OK, I'm nit-picking, but shouldn't this company's name be spelled Mit
sutoyo?

falsified the name of the Iranian corporate recipient of a high-tech measuring machine in
1997 in filing an application document for an export permit from the Japanese government, investigative sources said Saturday.
Must be Bush's fault.

Not unusual.
Somebody already mentioned the Toshiba betrayal. The way we found out about that was that our Navy sonar techs immediately picked up on the much quieter screws.
I once did an annual report in which the company wanted to brag about having started doing business with North Viet Nam during the Viet Nam war. Apparently, it just didn't occur to them that some Americans might take exception to that.
