Maybe you aren't a manager because you are a whiny baby?
WAH WAH! Maybe upper management is sick of having to change your diapers and feed you your bottle.
Get off your lazy butt and work for something instead of whining about someone more qualified than you keeping their job.
If you weren't such a whiny mental age of a 3 year old you'd know the truth is most companies are firing the older people because they make more money.
And for the record I am 38. I worked hard and ironically just Friday was promoted to manager to take over for the 62 year old retiring on October 1st.
Lots of our generation the most spoiled rotten gimme gimme gimme generation in history went to college and partied and got their degrees in Advanced History of the Chicago Cubs or something useless like that. I did myself and then went back to school and became a paralegal.
Stop whining like a baby and go back to school if you aren't happy with what you are doing. I wasn't happy with my career so I went back to school. But then I'm an adult and a good person not a whiny baby.
I'm truly worried if we ever have a draft. Can you imagine Generation X or Y fighting a war "You mean mommy can't drive me? I might have to wake up before 8 am?"
Note please I am not putting down the armed forces right now the volunteer forces. They are the greatest. But if we had to draft we're in trouble.
Generation X and Y and the baby boomers would never win another WW2.
I was raised by parents born pre WW2.
I am on management track. I have an electrical engineering degree which I got on an Army scholarship. I have 16 years in the Guard and work for the Air Force. I'm doing great!
I'm an scientist AND a soldier:
What kind of dopey business degree do you have and what kind of rip off 'services' do you provide sell?
