Smith will have to pay a $250 fine and any medical
expenses for the former staffer, Jennifer Jackson. She will also have to enroll in anger management courses.

There is enough against her now that the next incident will result in her getting the crap beat out of her and no one will care, not even the DA.

Also I hope the staffer files a civil suit and goes very public with it.

This is James Earl Jones in drag. I expected to see Cynthia McKinneys picture.

Re: "She was also accused of biting the hand of a Brooklyn police officer in 1998."

Question: Is this carbon unit an animal?

I should have been more specific about which lady I wrote of- Cynthia McKinney. Sorry about that. I merely made a point of how people are treated, because of which side of the political spectrum they are on. If this had been Dr. Rice, our Secretary of State, the media would have had a field day with the event, because she is not seen as being a minority based on her politics. Most businessmen, I presume, are fairly conservative and are seen as having "power" over their workers and make excellent targets for leftists. Dr. Rice isn't even considered a woman in the eyes of typical feminists- at least not the right kind of woman.

I hope my rant didn't come across as be racist or bigoted. I didn't intend for it to be that way- I wanted to point out that certain stereotypes are expected: the mad, angry, black lady being snotty, confrontational, beligerant, violent, and somehow held down by the system- all at the same time. I'm sure McKinney and the Representative from NY expect others to anticipate displayed rage and violence over even insignificant frustration.

Perhaps this is becoming more the norm for all famous and powerful people that they can be as violent as they want because they "shouldn't" ever have to be frustrated or hear the word "no".

In their defense, there have been plenty of hollywood types guilty of violence and inability to follow rules, so maybe I'm being harsh. But, I expect more civility from elected representatives. They represent their constituents and should behave accordingly until they leave office. Similar to me following the UCMJ and having to act accordingly until I leave the Army. I took an oath and live by that. I'm sure you agree that these ladies should be prepared to possess more tact while in office.

Lastly, I didn't mean to demean women- just those who think they can get away with hitting others because of their gender.

I'm sorry that you misunderstood my post. I was only questioning your use to the words, "This Lady." To the best of my knowledge, the person you referred to is no lady.
