I can't imagine any other explanation than Harris being livid at the Republican party and just trying to take them down in flames with her. Telling a Jewish Congresswoman that she's not fit to serve because she's Jewish is about as dumb as it gets. Wasserman Schultz is a liberal and I'm sure that there are numerous things in her record Harris can attack.
