Weak judges will probably rule against strong borders the same way their trying to rule against a strong military.

Fix the judges before you fix the borders, or you'll have neither strong justice nor strong security.

If we wait to fix the judges before we fix the borders, we'll never fix the borders.

Using your logic, wouldn't it have been wise for the Republicans not to mention "slavery" in 1860 because it would cost them votes?
