I have just checked the Georgia State Bureau of Investigation Sex Offender List. http://services.georgia.gov/gbi/gbisor/SORSearch.jsp
There was no data on this man, a resident of Smyrna, GA, or elsewhere, as a sex offender, WHO HAD RAPED A 12 YEAR OLD GIRL IN JAPAN and served five years in a Japanese prison.

This is a tradegy...I just gotta think they would still be in prison if prosecuted by the US Military.
I wonder if the other perps are on watch lists?
