The investigation is not yet complete, so we must remain cautious. But Jack Murtha's premature and public condemnation (pronunciation of guilt), for his own political benefit, was absolutely disgusting. I just hope through our efforts we can help some people (specifically PA-12 voters) understand that.
I still have people say all the time, "What if Murtha's accusations were correct?" They don't understand his complete violation of our presumption of innocence clause.
I agree with you, however, I'm nearly 100% certain that that entire squad will not be found guilty. And he painted ALL of the squad as guilty of cold-blooded murder.
