I remember listening to a prosecutor after a DUI loss for her, she was complaining how a conviction is never possible if defendants can nitpick evidence. (no joke)
The fact is the only way they can inflate DWI numbers is to reduce the standard til we get to presumed guilty.
It's already there with DUI/DWI laws in most places.
