Jack Abramoff: No role in getting us into a war.

Duke Cunningham: Served in 'Nam instead of dodging the draft and violating federal law like your hero, Bill Clinton.

Richard Nixon: Got us out of Vietnam, a war Lyndon Johson got us mired in with lies and incompetence. That's warmongering how?

I ould easily deal with the rest, but I figure three strikes and you're out. Now, you asked if there are Dems who are "warmongers." Well, Bill Clinton bombed the bejeezus out of a country from 30,000 feet or so without UN sanction and bombed Iraq without UN sanction over WMD's...Why was that OK, but Bush's actions against Iraq aren't OK?
