(August 24, 2006)--Death row inmate Justin Fuller was executed just after 6 p.m. Thursday in the states death chamber in Huntsville for the 1997 robbery, abduction and fatal shooting of 21-year-old Donald Whittington, III of Tyler.
Whittington's decomposing body was found at Lake Tyler four days after he was reported missing.
Police say Whittington's ATM card was found in Fuller's wallet, and his watch was in Fuller's living room.

Texas Execution Ping!
Ah come on...we can do better than that. There are plenty more waiting in the long line for legal justice.
Rest in Peace, Donald Whittington, III.
Rot in Hell, Justin Fuller.
Falling off Bush's pace. They better get busy!!
Nine years. About eight too long. We can do more, faster.
I am so glad I moved down here. In New Jersey they would have given the convict a sky box at the meadowlands.
19??? hell... that's not even one a week.
We'd be close to 30 if the courts hadn't stopped a bunch.
not complaining... just that the RATs are howling like it's so many and it's not even one a week. like you said, more if not for BIG-COURT.
Texas does it right bump.
Satan continues... "But since you're here, let's go to the dance tonight and I'll introduce you to Tookem and Angel. You'll like them. They were much more experienced murderers than you but I think you'll get along just fine! And how does it feel (if you can feel anything at all!) to be the newest Inductee to the Greater Huntsville Flatliner's Club? Hmm?"
