I post this only to demonstrate how quickly the worm turns -- t his report gives Seper and the Washington Times a lot of credit for building up the idea of the Minutemen and MCDC -- so contrast that with the way certain people have turned on that same writer and paper once he wrote a few stories that raised questions about their practices and claims.

I think this adds some fuel to the fire.

Oh, it does.

But it's not too smart of you to light it up while you're the one standing in the middle of the pyre, though...

Yep, it is an interesting contrast, but it is obvious that the main reason you posted this went right over some poster's heads.

Seper was a tremendous help to the MCDC, wasn't he?

Since April 2005, the Minuteman Project has morphed into a national movement, with multiple splinter groups and spin-offs increasingly targeting immigrants far from the border. The ACLU report shows how newspaper reporting that was either lazy or deliberately misleading helped transform a relatively small band of extremists into the armed vanguard of the anti-immigration movement.

Either way, MM are here to stay! ("Armed vanguard of the anti-immigration movement." Kinda catchy, dontcha think?)
