Kinsella is an extremely smart Liberal 'backroom boy' who often 'gets it' and who, in many respects, is Canada's answer to swamp creature James Carville.
However, to me, this seemingly pathetic attempt at damage control is far more like a cry for help that isn't going to be answered any time soon ... snicker.
