Does anyone know how these pills will be dispensed/monitored?

It seems like selling them to women only is like selling condoms to men only.

I can hear the cries now.... "It's a small town, her father is the pharmacist, she was too embarrassed. Men must be able to make these purchases for their wives/girlfriends/one-night-stands."

When that happens it seems like it'd make it a lot easier for men to hide sexual abuse by buying these pills and forcing their victims to take them.

Well, that is definitely a possibility, if it is an incest/long-term abusive relationship abuse issue. But if it is a rape, it isn't an option, since Plan B requires a couple of doses.
