Ah....but you are misinformed...the Disney fiasco happened in Haymarket, VA in Prince William County, VA, not Fauquier. Now that area is getting pretty packed with McMansions and all the stuff that comes with large subdivisions. Of course, the county pays for all sewer and road improvements. And I know the Rte 17 corridor well, I travel up it every single school day.

Btw, while the Disney situation was being fought tooth and nail, someone else slipped in under the radar and built the Nissan Center which is a major musical amphitheatre seating thousands which backs up traffic for miles and miles all summer long. Yep, built that bad boy on a 2 lane road about 10 years ago and it STILL is on a 2 lane road. It's a right mess. At least Disney was going to put in road improvements!

Not misinformed, just old and forgetful. I knew where it was, but confused them.

I have been to Nissan P. It took us an hour and a half to get IN, and two hours to get OUT, for a show a little over an hour. I'd rather watch them on the tube!

BTW, How many days a week do you see somebody pulled over on 17? I see it just about every time I drive through...
