August 23, 2006 -- A furious Rep. Jerrold Nadler yesterday charged federal environmental officials are involved in what "amounts to a conspiracy to murder thousands of New Yorkers" by refusing to expand the clean-up area around Ground Zero.

Nadler and other Democrats turned up at City Hall to denounce President Bush, the EPA, Gov. Pataki, Mayor Bloomberg and former Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

"We're a blue state and we're a blue city," said Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer. "If this was Ohio or Florida or Iowa, the response from the federal government

Blue city, yes. State, not so much.

If Jerry Wadler would just donate the equivalent of half of what it costs to feed his fat butt, the federal debt would be resolved. On a more serious note, does anyone have a figure for how much $ the federal government gave to NYC after 9-11? As I recall it was much more than generous.

Ugh, the amount of worthless hot air that emanates from both ends of Rep. Jerry Waddler is enough to put the entire planet in danger - no wonder libs are so worried about global warming, they know that most of the noxious hot gasses are coming from their own kind.

Captain Hyperbole fer sure .... the big man of lower Manhattan doesn't do diddly squat for his own district, but will loudly complain and whine that those evil Republicans are not doing anything ........

Which might be about right too, they aren't doing anything! Five years after 9/11, Ground Zero is still a gigantic hole in the ground, with little hope of any progress on the site in the near future ......

No doubt about it, Rudy should have removed the air from the area and brought new clean air from a red state.

These idiots are all about trashing the administration, Rudy, and GETTING MONEY for studies, treatment, more studies.

Never mind there was no solution other than evacuate the city for months on end. To what avail?

It's Karl Rove's strategy to cut down on Dem votes for Hillary, Jabba.

The elected Her Heinous -- that makes 'em blue.

The city is about half the state for voting purposes: the 'state' part, outside the city, is somewhat 'redder' but just outnumbered.

"We're a blue state and we're a blue city...."

Hey Nadler:

This guy is full of crap. New York is NOT a blue state. The City is so violet it makes outsiders think New York is blue.

Further, this jerk should have dinner in one of Mayor Nagin's floating buses in the Chocolate City of Brow-Nawlins.

And Nadler, I found your liberal Hate-America girl friend:
