This diet acts on the chemical interaction of foods, and it is totally weird.
But it works......and it's only three days.

Day ONE: For breakfast toast with two tablespoons of peanut butter on it and a half grapefruit (and tea), and for lunch a piece of toast with a half cup tuna on it, and for supper, 3 ounces of chicken (can be any meat), a cup of fresh beans and a cup of beets, with a cup of plain vanilla ice cream for dessert and a small apple.
Day TWO: For breakfast a half a banana and a soft boiled egg on (dry) toast, and tea. For lunch, a cup of cottage cheese (can be tuna) and five saltine crackers........then two hot dogs (no buns or condiments), a cup of broccoli and a half cup carrots for supper with a half banana and plain vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Day THREE: For breakfast, one ounce of cheddar cheese and five saltines and an apple for breakfast, and for lunch a hard boiled egg and a piece of toast, and for supper a cup of tuna (I substitute Orange Roughy) and a cup of green beans and a cup of carrots, with a half cup of plain vanilla ice cream and a half a cantalope for dessert.
Other than the skimpy lunch on days 2 and 3, you feel really full most of the time...........oh, and you drink 8 full glasses of water every day too. The only seasonings you can use are salt and pepper, and you can drink diet pop if you want.
