I heartily commend you for the fitness work you're doing, even though it isn't yielding the lesser ohio you desire -- I think you must get a lot of satisfaction in knowing you are working at being strong, fit, healthy -- IOW, disease-resistant and vigorous. Good on you.
But once in a while, I'd like it to SHOW.........like it did just 15 years ago or so. Sigh........
Then I see all the skinny people walking around who do absolutely nothing, and it makes it even worse.
BUT!!! Last Dr's check up I had a resting pulse of 48, JUST like the President (only I have a little medicine to help me out. :)
So overall, I'm OK with the whole thing.
