You can, I do it every day. Get a $10 cassette-radio (from the dreaded Walmart), tune to your EIB station and hit record. 2 hour cassettes are available. You could even use a light timer so the radio turns on at home automatically with the record buttons already depressed (some units won't allow this). Got to go, have to switch tape sides to get the first hour of Mark Belling.

Best answer is the POGO ipod from C. Crane. It's an ipod with AM and FM radio. I tape Rush from 9 to noon (Pacific time), and listen the next morning on the treadmill.
