Crystal Lite has individual packages for transferring into bottled water, it's probably what it was.

Since the train bombing in India earlier this summer I have had my bag searched by cops three times.
I have blonde hair and blue eyes. There is rarely another male on the 4 or 5 trains (which I use every day) who looks less like a terrorist than myself.
